Business website audit

See where your website loses customers and what to fix first.

Audit scope

What does the audit check?

It reads the site the way customers, Google and AI do, then scores each area with fixes.

01

Can Google and AI find you?

Title, description, sitemap, robots.txt, content readable without JavaScript and access for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude.

02

Can customers reach you now?

Tap-to-call numbers, chat links, forms, calls to action and mobile display; AI also scores how clear and persuasive the content is.

03

Do forms ask for consent?

Consent checkboxes and a personal data notice under Vietnam's Law 91/2025/QH15, plus HTTPS, the SSL certificate and basic security headers.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Friday Works business website audit check?

The Friday Works website audit reads the homepage, contact page, robots.txt and sitemap like a browser, then scores six areas: found on Google, readable by AI, easy to contact, personal data, security and speed. AI also scores the homepage content on four criteria: clarity, specificity, credibility and the call to action.

Do I need the site owner's permission to run the website audit?

The website audit only loads public pages that any visitor can open; it does not scan ports or send attack payloads. Businesses can therefore audit their own site or compare it with a competitor's, while a deeper security scan still needs the owner's permission.

Why does the audit review contact forms against Vietnam's personal data law?

Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 took effect on 1 January 2026, and Decree 330/2026/ND-CP of 19 August 2026 sets the penalties. Forms that collect names, phone numbers and emails are where most websites collect personal data, so the audit checks for a consent step and a link to the data processing notice. The result is a technical signal, not legal advice.

How is the AI content score calculated?

The content score in the website audit uses four fixed criteria, each scored from 0 to 5: whether visitors understand what the business does, how specific the offer is, whether there is credible proof and how clear the next step is. AI only reads the public homepage and can be wrong, so every criterion includes a note the owner can check.

What should a business fix first after a low website score?

Friday Works recommends following the “Fix first” list in the report: anything that blocks Google, missing contact options and forms without consent usually matter more than speed or minor configuration. The Friday Works team can review and fix these items as part of a redesign or website maintenance.
