General principles

Information you share is used only to respond to your request and deliver work we have agreed together.

Data and confidentiality

Friday Works applies least-privilege access, does not sell data and does not use project material outside the agreed scope.

Marketing measurement

When you submit a form, Friday Works may store the first page in the session, the submission page, limited UTM parameters and the referrer hostname to measure marketing effectiveness and handle the request. We do not store a full search query or full referrer URL as attribution data.

Visit statistics

To understand how the website is used, Friday Works records the pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth and the headings reached, page load speed, the contact buttons and tools used, when a form is started, whether an email address or phone number was copied (not the copied text), page errors and clicks that got no response, the referring hostname, UTM parameters and the device and browser type. Your browser keeps a random code and a visit count so return visits can be told apart. This data contains no IP address, nothing you type or copy, and no name, email or phone number.

Chatting with Orbit

When you message Orbit, the website's assistant, your question and the latest messages of the conversation are sent to Friday Works and an AI provider (currently DeepSeek, with Google Gemini as a fallback) to produce a reply. Friday Works stores each question and reply, the page you were on and the random visit code described under Visit statistics, so the team can read the conversations and improve Orbit's answers. This data is deleted automatically after 18 months and contains no IP address. To have it deleted sooner, email hello@fridayweworks.com with when you chatted and what you asked. If you book a consultation in the chat, your name, phone number or email, the time and what you want to discuss reach the team as a contact request; the stored chat records only the day, time and way to meet.

AI assistant in the video editor

When you use the AI assistant in the video editor, what you type and a description of the project (frame size, duration, file names, text on the video) are sent to Friday Works and DeepSeek to produce a reply. Friday Works stores the requests, the replies and the results of the commands the assistant ran, to evaluate and train the model so the assistant improves. This data is deleted automatically after 18 months and contains none of your video, image or audio files and no IP address. To have it deleted sooner, email hello@fridayweworks.com with when you used it and what you asked.

AI 3D model generator

When you use the AI 3D model generator, your photos, description, edit requests and the object outline your browser measures in the photos are sent to Friday Works and an AI provider (currently DeepSeek, with Google Gemini as a fallback) to build the model. Friday Works stores this data together with the photo analysis, the generated model, the AI's review and the print settings you download, to evaluate and improve the tool. This data is deleted automatically after one year and contains no IP address. To have it deleted sooner, email hello@fridayweworks.com with when you used the tool and what the photos showed.
