- Website budgets start at VND 6–10 million for a landing page and VND 12–18 million for a baseline business website.
- Software, AI and automation are scoped as modules, workflows or pilots so a company does not have to fund the entire system at once.
- The final price is confirmed only after scope, input data, acceptance criteria and third-party costs are agreed.
Pricing and baseline scope
Friday Works publishes indicative pricing so a business can estimate a realistic budget before booking a conversation. Each range applies to a new engagement and is tied to a deliverable: one website, one software module, one integration flow, one automation workflow or one AI pilot.
The lower and upper numbers are not two identical products sold at different prices. They reflect content volume, screen count, user roles, connected systems, data quality and the level of testing required. A formal quotation is therefore confirmed only after both sides agree the scope in writing.
Every amount in the catalogue is in million Vietnamese dong. Domain, hosting, business email, AI/API usage, data, licences, third-party services and applicable tax are shown separately so one-off build cost is not confused with monthly operation.
- Websites and landing pages: VND 6–45 million depending on scope.
- Software and integration: VND 5–90 million for a module or first release.
- AI, automation and security: VND 7–40 million for a workflow, pilot or assessment.

04D / Proposed payment schedule
Proposed payment schedule
Useful pricing does more than state a number. It shows what the client receives, how long delivery may take and which costs are separate.
Choose a website package by the job it must do
W01 is appropriate for a campaign, product introduction or enquiry page. It does not include a content management system and is not intended for a site that needs regular publishing. When an internal team needs to edit content, W02 is the more suitable starting point.
W03 covers brand or travel sites that need two languages, more reusable content templates and service filters. W04 adds a B2B catalogue, attachment-based RFQ forms and one basic CRM flow. W05 covers a single online store with cart, ordering and one payment gateway that already provides an API.
Website packages include bespoke interface design, responsive implementation, baseline technical SEO, testing and one deployment to compatible infrastructure. Content, translations and image rights must be provided or approved by the client; handing over a website alone cannot guarantee keyword rankings.
Software, AI and automation are priced around a defined problem
Custom software does not begin with an unbounded feature list. S01 isolates one internal process, S02 delivers a first web-app release around the primary workflow, and S03 handles one data flow between two systems. Mobile apps, multi-module ERP and multi-branch systems require separate discovery because architecture and operating requirements drive much of the cost.
AI packages are also structured as measurable phases. A02 fixes the document volume and requires cited answers. A03 fixes the document templates, target fields and test set. This gives both teams an acceptance method before a pilot expands into wider operation.
A01 covers one workflow across up to two systems and ten steps. When an API connection is already part of that agreed flow, Friday Works does not add S03 again for the same work. B01 security assessments are limited to assets authorised in writing by their owner and exclude DDoS or internal network testing.
Account for operating cost as well as build cost
Development is a one-off investment; infrastructure and metered services form a separate layer. A website may need a domain, hosting, business email and transactional email. An AI system may incur model, storage, search or document-processing charges according to usage.
Website maintenance is indicatively VND 0.8–1.5 million per month, including operational checks, compatibility updates and up to two hours of small content or display work. Web-app and AI maintenance is VND 2–5 million per month with up to six technical-support hours. These are business-hours services, not 24/7 operations.
Maintenance is not a mechanism for charging to correct a defect that remains under warranty. Friday Works proposes three months of defect correction for its implementation after acceptance. New features, third-party changes and out-of-scope operation are costed and scheduled before work begins.
From an indicative range to a formal quotation
For an accurate quotation, send the business objective, user groups, main pages or workflows, systems to be connected, available data and desired timing. A full technical specification is not required: a short description of the work that is slow or error-prone is enough for the first conversation.
After clarification, Friday Works confirms scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule and third-party costs. The proposed payment schedule is 40% at project start, 40% at the core-feature demo and 20% at acceptance and handover; the binding schedule is recorded in the quotation or contract for each engagement.
This catalogue does not change an existing contract and does not replace a project-specific quotation. Its purpose is to show a sensible entry point, make scope comparisons fair and avoid a low headline number that omits necessary work.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does the catalogue include tax?
Applicable tax is shown separately in the quotation or invoice. Friday Works does not assume one tax rate for every service type.
Why does each service use a range rather than one fixed price?
Cost varies with page or screen count, user roles, connected systems, input data, testing depth and operating requirements. The range helps with budgeting; the formal price is tied to an agreed scope.
Do website packages include interface design and SEO?
Yes. Website packages include bespoke interface design, responsive implementation, baseline technical SEO, testing and one deployment. The client provides or approves content, translations and image rights; keyword rankings are not guaranteed.
Is maintenance mandatory after handover?
No. Maintenance is optional for clients who want Friday Works to continue operational checks, compatibility updates and time-based monthly support. Warranty defects remain covered by the project agreement.
What should I prepare for a formal quotation?
Send the objective, user groups, main pages or workflows, systems to connect, available data and desired timing. If there is no specification yet, describe the work that is slow or error-prone.
