Zapier lists Professional from USD 19.99 per month and Team from USD 69 per month, while usage is measured in tasks. UiPath lists Basic from USD 25 per month, with Standard requiring a sales quote.
n8n uses an execution as its primary unit: one complete workflow run counts as one execution even when the workflow has many steps. That can be easier to forecast for complex flows, but self-hosting adds servers, backups, upgrades, observability and operational ownership. Prices vary by date, exchange rate, tax and contract, so verify official pages before purchase.
